Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Standard Ground Shipping is an estimated delivered time and is not guaranteed to be delivered within the 4 to 7 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.

Can I expedite my international order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping for international orders.
How do I track my package?
International orders are shipped via UPS and USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email. You may copy and paste your tracking number into the ups.com or usps.com website to find any tracking information available for your package.
For international orders will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
- For Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered a 20% restocking fee will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges.
Returns
All refunds for returned merchandise can only be issued in the form of a store credit/gift card.
Return Criteria
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 35 days of the original shipment date.
- PLEASE NOTE- Returns that are received after 30th day from the shipment date will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise back that you sent us past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition.
- Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. The following items are final sale items, all shoes, and boots that are on sale in our Last Call Sale section, all sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, scarves, handbags, clutches, sunglasses, belts, boot cuffs, arm warmers, and any items that are under the accessory category. All sale items are final sale.
- Gift Cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store merchandise. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
Return Details
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back as a store credit only. We do not process exchanges.
- Your store credit will arrive via email to your email associated with your Wholesale Fashion Shoes® account.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Purchasing a gift card?
It’s the simplest, quickest way to send something special. Our gift cards are purchased just like any other item in our store, except you get immediate access to them! Gift Cards will be delivered by emailing it to you or your recipient. Your personalized message and gift code will arrive via email.
Please keep in mind:
- We offer electronic gift cards, but we do not mail out physical gift cards to recipients.
